Provision of hiPSC cells from the Allen Institute’s collection to the DIM C-BRAINS :

The Paris Brain Institute has been granted the “core facility” status by the Allen Institute, enabling it to store and share reporters WTC11hiPSCs from their collection. (Cell Line Catalog - ALLEN CELL EXPLORER)

These cells are reserved for institutes that are members of the DIM C-BRAINS.

The shareable cell lines in our possession are :

• ID11 (Tom20 mEGFP)
• ID16 (beta-actin mEGFP)
• ID36 (AAVS1mEGFP)
• ID54 (AAVS1 CAAX RFP)
• ID74 (SOX2 mEGFP)
• ID90 (dCas9-KRAB BFP)

All these lines have been verified by SNP Illumina.

A contribution of 15€ per vial is requested to cover culture costs (no profit is made).
