Axe 1 : Génomique, cellules humaines, reprogrammation et neuro-organoïdes
The team aims to elucidate the role of innate and adaptive immune cells in myelin destruction and repair in multiple sclerosis, target innate immunity as therapeutic mediators in inherited white matter disorders (i.e., leukodystrophies), and decipher the code that control macrophage activation states (inflammatory vs regenerative).
Main techniques
Human immune cells isolation and characterization, FAC analysis and sorting, Chimeric human/mouse models of de-re-myelination, immunostainings, electron microscopy, single nuclei rnaseq, multi omic analysis, spatial transcriptomic, multimodal brain imaging.
